Led by experts in the Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Execution domains, this masterclass offers a scientifically grounded, yet practical hands-on approach that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of strategy translation, strategy execution, and related (digital) transformations.
Through a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises with a central case, you'll learn how to create a clear and holistic view of your organization, linking different organizational domains and their related responsibilities in terms of business aspects (people, processes, information, resources) and technology (applications, infrastructure).
With this overview in place, you'll be able to define the target state of your organization based on your strategic ambitions, understand the related impact on the organization, and identify the required effort to realize this future state we call your NorthStar.

Utbildningen vänder sig till dig som arbetar med Enterprise Architecture, verksamhetsarkitektur, IT-arkitektur eller som i en annan yrkesroll (exempelvis projektledare, utvecklare eller liknande) har behov av att fördjupa och bredda din kompetens inom gränslandet mellan IT och affär.
