As a non-Swedish manager, it may be difficult to understand the Swedish Labor market, the legislation and the role of the union. This course will help you understand the Swedish Labor Law system, and your responsibilities as a manager. In addition, it will improve your knowledge within the area so you can avoid making mistakes in dealing with employees' issues and rights.
