Booking

To book a place on one of our courses call us on 08-600 62 00. We'll let you know if there are still places on the course you want. Bookings are processed in the order they reach us and are legally binding.

Confirmation

You will receive a letter of confirmation within a few days of making your booking.

Invoice

We invoice you your course fee five weeks before the start of the course. The invoice must be paid before the course begins. Course fees include lunch, morning and afternoon coffee and course materials.

Notice of course attendance

As an extra reminder we send you a final confirmation of your course attendance details one week prior to the course start.

Changing your booking dates

It is important that changes to bookings are made as early as possible. You can change your course dates up to three weeks prior to the start of your course without charge. Changes made later than three weeks before the start of the course shall incur a SEK 500 administration charge. In the case of course abroad, changes cannot be made later than seven weeks prior to the start of the course.

Cancellation

Cancellations made not later than three weeks prior to the start of the course are without charge. Cancellation made less than three weeks and more than one week before the start of the course shall incur a penalty that is 25% of the course fee. Cancellations made later than one week prior to the start of the course shall incur a penalty that is 100% of the course fee. An alternative to cancellation is to send somebody else in your place.

In the case of course abroad cancellations made not later than seven weeks prior to the start of the course are without charge. Cancellation made less than seven weeks and more than four weeks before the start of the course shall incur a penalty that is 50% of the course fee and 50% of the cost of travel. Cancellations made later than four weeks prior to the start of the course shall incur a penalty that is 100% of the course fee and 100% of the cost of travel.
